Sandokan

In Italy, Malaysia is famously known because of Sandokan.

Do you, Malaysian, know him????

Okay, the picture is not really him though because Sandokan is the character of fictional pirate created in 1883 by Italian author Emilio Salgari. And he also known as "The Tiger of Malaysia" or "Harimau Malaysia". So I wonder, if the name of "Sandakan" (place in Sabah) and "Malaysia" coming from this famous book.

Its been 2 days I did not get proper sleep. Yesterday I was taking a nap after Asar and wake up shortly before Isyak (it is summer now so Isyak is around midnight). And I stayed up the whole night until morning. Sigh..
