Meeting at MaGIC

Pagi ni meeting kat MaGIC as part of masuk division baru.

Sebelum ni dah ade colleague yang dah contact pihak MaGIC and pegi initial meeting dengan dorang. So yang aku pegi ni lebih kepada followup meeting to discuss berkenaan benda-benda yang my colleague tak dapat nak explain further time initial meeting hari tu.

Pandangan aku, meeting hari ni lebih kepada macamana MaGIC boleh bantu BI+ untuk innovation lab. MaGIC quite clear apa yang dorang boleh bantu whereas BI+ perlu clearkan apa yang BI+ nak buat. Sebab without clear goal or target, benda innovation ni mungkin tak jalan or tak dapat apa yang kita nak.

Kalau kena caranya, MaGIC ni memang nak membantu entrepreneur and innovator tapi not on funding or duit. Dia lebih kepada connecting you to the right person to talk too or to the suitable mentor to guide to. Pada aku, first part of the meeting tadi, pihak MaGIC lebih kepada suggest untuk BI+ clearkan apa BI+ nak, apa goal BI+ nak achieve untuk innovation, the details untuk potential innovation participants and semua details yang perlu.

Second part of the meeting, pihak MaGIC seems willing to help untuk connecting BI+ to the right person to talk to about current BI+ products macam sadiqin and islamic welfare. Again BI+ kena decide lah the details macam business model, structure, and whatever yang BI+ nak untuk push the products to the market. MaGIC bagi cadangan probably BI+ kena tengok outside market such as Indonesia and China since Islamic financial has huge market and demand kat dua tempat ni.

For me, I think peluang yang MaGIC offer ni sangat2 susah nak dapat. The thing is MaGIC cuba buka jalan, BI+ kena buat kerja. So BI+ kena tau kerja apa yang perlu dibuat tu. Jadi takde la sia-sia bila MaGIC buka jalan.
